When a row is selected (displayed as gray with move bars Visible), then the Bin and Indent Row icons at bottom of screen are grayed out

In the general case. that is / was not what I observe.
As far as I can see, this only happened in the specific cases of
- where the selected row has children but is closed. In that case it is correct behaviour
- immediately after a new row is inserted where the new row is automatically selected.
Case 2 has been fixed.
If you believe that the problem is more general then please let me know.
