The date format being used by the bug system is mm/dd/yyyy

This is ambiguous as mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy are both commonly used internationally and only meaningful from the 13th of the month.

Suggest we use yyyy/mm/dd. I’ve never seen a date like 2012/24/12
